I ordered a few cards from Chaos Cards everything turned up exactly as it should. No drama, no missing items, no weird issues with the order at all. The packaging was perfectly fine and the website was easy enough to use, so on that side of things I’ve got absolutely zero complaints. The only thing that definitely stood out was the shipping cost. For a small order, it felt a bit too high, and I’m completely convinced it makes you start adding extra stuff just so the postage feels more worth it. I’d definitely use them again, but probably not if I’m only grabbing one or two little things.

Was looking all over for these cards and everywhere else was out. These guys had them in stock, so I was happy about that.

I placed an order and had a question about it, but getting someone to respond was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I sent a couple of messages and ended up waiting days without a proper reply. When they finally did get back to me, it felt rushed, like there was just something about it that didn’t seem very helpful or genuine. My issue still wasn’t really sorted, so I was disappointed. I don’t think I’d use them again if I needed support.

I was ordering from outside the UK, so I did wonder a bit how it would go, especially with shipping and packaging and all that. The delivery took roughly as long as I thought it would, and the cards were packed properly when they arrived. I had a look through everything and couldn’t find any problems with them, so overall it turned out to be a really easy experience. I’d be happy to order again.

I liked that I could use PayPal, and the checkout was quick with no messing about, which was definitely a plus. It all worked fine and I’d probably use it again, though it didn’t really stand out beyond being simple and convenient

I’ve been ordering from Chaos Cards for a while now, the loyalty rewards feel so disappointing it’s almost ridiculous. You save up these little points for what feels like an eternity, expecting some kind of nice thank-you, and then when you finally use them it barely knocks anything off the total.
Maybe I’ve misunderstood how it works, but it really doesn’t feel like a proper reward for sticking with them. It comes across a bit stingy, and I hate to say it, but it’s made me way less excited about ordering again.

I just tried using their sale code recently, and it wouldn’t apply no matter what I did. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really helpful, so the whole promo ended up feeling kind of pointless. Maybe I would’ve felt differently before, but this latest experience definitely left a bad impression.

It arrived the next day, which was a nice surprise. For what I paid, I really can’t complain.

Order showed up fine and the cards were mostly in mint shape. One had a little corner wear, which I’m guessing happened somewhere in handling or shipping, but it’s not a huge deal to me. Overall I’m happy enough with it.

I’ve ordered from chaoscards a few times now they’re fine. Ordering is easy enough, delivery has been okay, no major drama there. But the prices? That’s where I get a bit annoyed. Some things are fairly priced, sure, but then other cards or sealed products are weirdly more expensive than what I’ve found on other sites after like two minutes of searching. It’s not terrible, and I’m not saying don’t buy from them, but the pricing feels a bit inconsistent, especially on popular stuff. Definitely worth checking around before hitting checkout.

I had a small issue with my order from chaoscards.co.uk and sent them an email, not expecting much because I was doing it in between making a cup of tea and trying to remember what else I needed to sort that day. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and fixed the problem without making it feel like a big awkward back-and-forth. The person replying was friendly and actually seemed to have read what I’d written, which sounds basic but doesn’t always happen. My order arrived fine after that, and I’d be happy to use them again. Not the worst experience, and it did get resolved in the end, but it could’ve been handled a lot better.

I didn’t get one of those frustrating follow-up emails saying half my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Everything arrived in good condition and matched exactly what I picked. I’m really happy with the experience and appreciate how smooth it all was. I’d definitely order again.

My orders show up when they say they will, so I don’t have to worry or keep checking for updates. It’s been a really easy and dependable experience
